Listening preparation tips
- Use reading time to predict answer types: numbers, names, symptoms, timeframes.
- Listen for synonyms — the audio rarely repeats the question wording.
- Watch spelling: Part A answers must be spelled correctly to score.
- Don't get stuck: a missed answer is gone; refocus on the next blank.
- For Part C, track the speaker's opinion, not just facts.
- Use the end-of-test check time to transfer and review answers.
